Payment Policy
At Trip Dreamers, we follow a transparent and structured payment policy to ensure smooth booking, confirmation of services, and protection for both the customer and the company. By booking any travel service with Trip Dreamers, you agree to the payment terms mentioned below.
1. Accepted Modes of Payment
All payments must be made only to Trip Dreamers through the following official channels:
- - Company bank account
- - Official UPI ID registered in the company name
- - Payment links or gateways shared from official Trip Dreamers communication channels
- - Cash payment (only at the registered office against an official receipt)
⚠️ Important: Trip Dreamers does not authorize payments to any employee’s or third party’s personal bank account, UPI, or wallet. Any such payment made will be at the customer’s own risk, and the company shall not be responsible for the same.
2. Booking & Payment Structure
- - A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving the required payment as per the package terms.
- - The payment schedule (advance / partial / full) will be clearly mentioned in the package shared with the customer.
- - Hotels, flights, and other services are subject to availability until full payment is received.
3. Advance Payment
- - An advance payment is mandatory to initiate and block services.
- - The advance amount is non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
4. Full & Final Payment
- - The full and final payment of the trip must be completed at least 5 days prior to the travel date.
- - Failure to clear the balance amount within the specified timeline may result in:
- - Cancellation of services
- - Holding or release of hotel bookings
- - Additional charges due to price changes
Trip Dreamers shall not be liable for any loss arising from delayed or incomplete payments.
5. Payment Confirmation
- - Customers must share payment confirmation/transaction details immediately after making the payment.
- - Trip Dreamers will issue an official receipt or confirmation only after the payment is successfully credited to the company account.
6. No Verbal Commitment Policy
- - Any verbal assurance, promise, or commitment made by an employee that contradicts the written payment policy or official package details shall be considered invalid.
- - Only written communication from official Trip Dreamers email IDs or WhatsApp numbers will be treated as valid.
7. Fraud & Misuse Disclaimer
- Any attempt to bypass the company payment process, manipulate package pricing, or make payments outside official channels may be treated as fraudulent activity.
- Trip Dreamers reserves the right to take legal action under applicable Indian laws, including the Indian Penal Code (IPC), in such cases.
8. Cancellation Due to Non-Payment
- - If payment terms are not followed:
- - Services may be cancelled without prior notice
- - Advance payments may be forfeited
- - The company will not be obligated to provide any services
9. Jurisdiction Clause:
Please note that any dispute, legal proceeding, or judicial action arising out of or related to this matter shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the State of Haryana only.
