Day 1 – Airport-Pinnawala-Kandy
Arrive at Colombo International Airport, where our representative will warmly welcome you and assist you with your transfer to Kandy in a comfortable air-conditioned vehicle.
En route, visit the famous Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, one of the most popular tourist attractions in Sri Lanka. Located between Colombo and Kandy, this sanctuary is home to orphaned and injured elephants. Visitors can witness elephant feeding sessions and river bathing activities in a natural environment.
Continue your journey to Kandy and visit a traditional Spice Garden. Sri Lanka is world-famous for its aromatic spices and herbal products including cinnamon, saffron, nutmeg, pepper, cloves, and cardamom. Learn about Ayurvedic herbs and the traditional medicinal uses of Sri Lankan spices.
