Employee Policy
At Trip Dreamers, we are committed to maintaining high standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct. All employees, consultants, and associates are required to comply with the following employee policies. Violation of these policies may result in disciplinary action, including termination and legal proceedings.
1. Code of Conduct
All employees must:
- - Act honestly, ethically, and professionally at all times
- - Maintain transparency in all dealings with customers, vendors, and colleagues
- - Protect the reputation, assets, and interests of Trip Dreamers
- - Avoid any activity that may cause financial, legal, or reputational harm to the company
2. Use of Company Assets & Systems
- - Company assets, including CRM systems, databases, software, documents, and communication tools, are to be used only for official purposes.
- - Any unauthorized access, manipulation, alteration, or misuse of company data is strictly prohibited.
- - Employees must not share login credentials or confidential information with unauthorized individuals.
3. Payment & Financial Conduct
- - Employees are strictly prohibited from accepting any payment from customers into their personal bank accounts, UPI IDs, wallets, or third-party accounts.
- - All customer payments must be directed only to official Trip Dreamers payment channels.
- - Any deviation from the official payment policy will be treated as gross misconduct and may be considered fraudulent.
4. Pricing & Package Integrity
- - Employees are not authorized to alter, manipulate, or misrepresent package pricing without written approval from management.
- - All package details shared with customers must match the official quotation approved by the company.
- - Any attempt to create dual pricing or misleading cost structures is strictly prohibited.
5. Communication Policy
- - All official communication with customers must be conducted through authorized company channels (official email IDs, registered phone numbers, or approved WhatsApp accounts).
- - Verbal commitments that contradict company policy or written approvals are invalid.
- - Employees must not make false promises, unauthorized discounts, or commitments on behalf of the company.
6. Conflict of Interest
- - Employees must disclose any actual or potential conflict of interest.
- - Engaging in personal business, side deals, or financial arrangements with customers or vendors without company approval is strictly prohibited.
7. Confidentiality & Data Protection
- Employees must maintain strict confidentiality of company data, customer information, pricing, and business strategies.
- Unauthorized sharing, copying, or misuse of confidential data will result in disciplinary and legal action.
8. Termination & Disciplinary Action
The company reserves the right to take disciplinary action, including immediate termination, in cases of:
- - Fraud, cheating, or financial misconduct
- - Breach of trust or misuse of company assets
- - Violation of payment or communication policies
- - Terminated employees must immediately return all company property and cease representing the company in any capacity.
9. Legal Consequences
- Any employee found engaging in fraudulent activities, financial misconduct, or criminal behavior may be subject to civil and criminal proceedings under applicable Indian laws, including relevant provisions of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
- Trip Dreamers reserves the right to recover losses incurred due to employee misconduct.
10. Jurisdiction Clause:
Please note that any dispute, legal proceeding, or judicial action arising out of or related to this matter shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the State of Haryana only.
11. Policy Acceptance
By accepting employment or association with Trip Dreamers, the employee agrees to abide by all company policies, terms, and conditions as published on the website or communicated officially.
